Our client is an international operator of high quality customer service and technical support various, well-known multinational companies. The employees' well-being is seen as core to business and key to an excellent customer service. Now they are looking to expand their Dutch team.

As a Dutch Customer Care Representative, you will have a love for travel and you know what the key is to provide a high quality customer service, because you know what you would like to experience in your holidays. 

Job Duties will include: 

Provide friendly and efficient service to customers. 
Identify and escalate issues appropriately. 
Respond professionally to inbound phone calls and emails with a friendly manner, including urgent situations. 

What we expect from you: 

Fluent in English and Dutch
Relevant experience in a customer service environment 
Passion for travelling, tourism and customer service 
Natural Communicator 
Ability to think out of the box 
Friendly and emphatic team player

Salary and Benefits:

21.900 Euro (gross) per year + excellent benefits

First two weeks of accommodation are provided for candidates coming from abroad.
