This role would help provide application and software support to their client list across the world regarding API’s and the environment created within.
Giving high level of customer experience through the highest technical customer support around several queries and problems
Help improve customer experience with support through an API platform with Level 1 and Level 2 Support
Responsible for serving as an expert in analyzing, troubleshooting and supporting queries.
Make sure problems resolved are up to the highest standards and procedures.
Be the voice of the customer to the product line through escalation.
Conducts testing and support to identify opportunities for improvements with customer experience at the forefront. Be in charge of testing and support to outline potential opportunities for better customer experiences throughout
Instigate medium sized projects through individual initiative with product knowledge within a certain discipline.
- Expierence supporting Software products at L1/L2
- Native level English
- Experience with ticketing software
- Experience working to SLA'a
