My client are one of Ireland's leading and highly respected Universities, conveniently based in Dublin City.
Your new role
Your new role will see you professionally managing and responding to enquiries to the President's Office by phone and email, document production and report production, diary management for the President and making travel arrangements for the President. Other duties include: collation and circulation of papers to the college's Governing Body, Finance & Risk Committees, compiling contributions to the College's internal newsletter. Alongside this, you will also provide secretarial support to the Executive Team and Executive Group - taking minutes, tracking actions, documentation distribution and other administrative duties as they arise.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful person will be highly motivated with a minimum of 3 years' personal assistant experience. You will have a high level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office particularly in Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Experience of producing high quality presentation materials and organisation structure charts would be an advantage. Essential skills for this role are excellent communication skills, strong ability to develop and maintain key relationships.
