Technical Support Representative
Our client is a global provider of security systems seeking a Technical Support Representative. Based in Dublin North. Sal: €30K
· Provide technical support to customers
· Customer registration of all support requests with consistent, clear and understandable case description and handling in the CRM system
· Product-related technical pre-sales and project support.
· Deliver internal and customer training - in house, at customer site or other locations.
· Occasional on-site support for problem analysis and system commissioning
· Professional escalation management including managing of troubleshooting on problems
· Field observance with respect to product reliability and quality, with feedback to relevant departments
· Relevant industry experience with an Installation / engineering support background
· 3rd level qualification in engineering or equivalent industry experience
· Good communicator with strong customer service/technical support experience
· Motivated, well organised and work well on own initiative
