Our client is seeking a skilled and immediately available Accounts Administrator to join their team on a short fixed term contract with possible extension based in Castlebar.
You will have a minimum of two years accounts experience and be a strong user of excel.
Preparation of weekly bank & cash reconciliations.
Management of accounts payable, processing of supplier invoices,
Monthly creditor account reconciliations and preparation of monthly payment runs.
Ability to execute month end procedures, journal postings.
Preparation of bi-monthly VAT & VIES returns.
General administration, purchasing and ad hoc reporting as required.
Strong experience in accountancy packages.
Organised structured approach to work, attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
Excellent MS office skills, particularly excel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & ability to work on own initiative.
