Your new role
Your new role will involve a broad range of both administration and reception duties including filing and faxing while covering reception on occasion. In addition to this, you will be responsible for diary management and co-ordination. You will arrange meetings both internally and externally You will also act as the first point of contact for the company, answering all calls, responding by letter, phone and email.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role, you will be immediately available and open to working on a temporary basis. You will have recent and relevant experience as an administrator. You will have excellent attention to detail and have a proven track record of building relationships with colleagues and clients. You will have good communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
