Here in Osborne we are seeking a number of Full times, Receptionist to come and work with one our many companies we work with in South Dublin.
A successful candidate would have a minimum of 1 to 2 year’s experience as receptionist or a similar type of position.
- Temporary and Permanent Position Available
Responsible for managing a busy reception desk
Answering and redirecting all calls to the relevant people
Meeting and greeting all clients and visitor
Working with relevant systems
Basic administration duties
You will need:
Excellent microsoft skills and ICT skills
Confident in the role and be a self - starter
Outstanding phone manners and etiquette
Excellent attention to details
