My client, a leading medical devices organisation is seeking an Administrator to join their busy team in Cork.

Key responsibilities of this role:
- Data Entry and provide administrative support for the team
- Prepare weekly reports for meetings.
- Proof-read advertisements, schedules, etc.
- Support internal departments with various queries and requests
- Answer incoming calls to the Marketing Department
The successful candidate:
- You will ideally possess 2 years experience supporting a busy office function.
- Knowledge of MS Office is essential (excel, word, power point)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to process large volumes of data
- Keen desire to support with various projects and develop your skillset
- Enthusiastic, warm and flexible approach to work
