Administrator -Training Department- Educational/Medical Facility in Dublin 2
Assisting the Training Manager and Training Department with the following:
Answering any day to day queries about the specific Programmes' via telephone, email or in person
Maintaining accurate records on the company Database for trainees
Supporting the recruitment of trainees to the training programme which entails development of the online application process, answering any application queries, verification of submitted applications and organisation of the interview process
Organising exit and return to programme reviews for trainees, which entails timetable scheduling and administration preparation
Strong MS Office/Zoom experience
Experience of handling administrative work of a considerable variety and volume and prioritising successfully under pressure.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly developed organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to work to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
High level of confidence and interpersonal skills for dealing with doctors face to face and on the telephone.
Ability to form excellent working relationships at all levels and to work as part of a small team.
Willingness to contribute to wider College activity when required.
Experience and Qualifications
Extensive administrative experience
Experience in an academic or medical environment is an asset
Contract: 3-6 months initially
Location: Onsite while training, then remote, depending on pandemic status-Dublin 2 location
