Your new company is a leader in it's market for consulting experts, designing and manufacturing devices for hospitals and healthcare services. It is a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Although it is not essential, it is more accessible by car.
Your new role
In your new role you will be co coordinating conference calls for a very busy project. You will have a broad range of administrative duties such diary management, daily usage of Share point, liaising with project managers, meeting strict deadlines and filing documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have recent and relevant experience in a similar role. You will need to be willing to work, be able to work as part of a team, be adaptable to changes made and have a good telephone manner.
