This experienced and passionate team have a desire to promote the welfare of others through the transformation of Social Services. They work to ensure that the voice of the people using social services is heard and is at the heart of decisions being made to facilitate change and improvements to these services. They work within disability, mental health, dementia and homelessness services.
You will provide administrative support to programme leadership and management. You will collaborate with the team to deliver objectives and take on other other relevant tasks as requested to achieve the outcomes of the organisation.
You will ensure the office is stocked and maintained and you will be front of office meeting and greeting visitors whilst answering emails and telephone calls, take meeting notes and minutes when needed.
As well as having excellent administration, you will have a high level of competence with Microsoft Suite and be familiar with ICT systems. You will be a team player with a friendly approach and you will be someone who is passionate about helping others and making a change.
You will receive a competitive salary between €28 - 30k along with contributory pension, life assurance, income protection and 24 days annual leave.
