• Come from a grocery, convenience, fasted paced non-food retail environment
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in fast paced retail management setting – Assistant Manager or Duty Manager
• Must be able to work to communicate and motivate with precision
• Must be have experience managing teams – doing rota’s, holidays and other HR duties
• Must be customer focused and have a proven track record for delivering excellent customer service
• Have a hardworking attitude and have passion for a successful career in retail
