Your new company
This established practice accountancy firm have been operational for a number of years, with continued growth over the past years and expansion with more clients, they are now seeking to add a bookkeeper to the team to assist with day to day client accounting.
Your new role
You will be responsible for a number of areas including liaising directly with clients to assess needs and ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping. Your duties will include end to end debtors and creditors ledger management, high volume VAT and other tax returns, assisting with financial report preparation, providing reports for the audit team, assisting with client payroll processing and more.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working within a client accounting role and have an understanding of the dynamic of bookkeeping within a practice accountancy firm. You will be an ambitious and driven professional who would like to grow within your role over time. A qualification such as IATI, ATI or similar desired. Exposure to systems such as Sage, Xero and similar also desired.
