- As Business Development Manager achieve agreed sales and revenue targets to develop and successfully implement joint business plans for end-users and distributors.
- You will utilize the distributor sales team to ensure all opportunities are maximized, and execute promotional plans for end users and distributors.
- You will develop strong business relationships across your region and utilize all analytical tools, menu systems and marketing support
- Gather required sales information on a daily basis and demonstrate all products to end users
- Work closely with the food service team to ensure all planned marketing activities are executed to the highest standard.
- Identify key customer targets and develop a robust engagement plan to deliver and develop strong business relationships across your region.
- Experience within foodservice sector is desirable
- A passionate and committed individual with a strong drive for results is required for this role
- 3 years full-time Field sales experience desirable
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Determination to achieve and willingness to continually learn
- Problem solving with strong Commercial acumen.
