Buyer / Planner - Manufacturing Company - Cork - €45,000
Your new company
Your new company is a thriving SME based in East Cork. They manufacture a number of products and are viewed as leaders in their field. This company had a great culture and a very good staff retention rate. People don't tend to leave here as such they don't recruit very often.
Your new role
Your new role as Buyer / Planner will be to participate in all aspects of the material supply chain in terms of planning, pricing, inventory, delivery, quality, service, performance and troubleshooting. You will also maintain supplier agreements, ensure system integrity, purchase raw materials and compile reports.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be an experienced planner/buyer from a manufacturing background. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to problem solve and make. An excellent understanding of MRP and ERP systems would also be advantageous.
