Salary: €68,000 to €90,000
The team offers the full suite of advice including drafting and negotiating construction related contracts, ensuring full risk management throughout the construction process, and resolve any disputes which may arise following the completion of projects.
This is quite a unique role in Dublin as you will advising on both contentious and non-contentious elements of Construction Law; meaning that you will be a true business partner to your clients from inception to post-completion. Some of the duties will include:
- Drafting and negotiation of a variety of construction documentation including NECs and JCTs etc, bonds, guarantees, warranties and ancillary documentation;
- Providing risk management advice;
- Project insurance and administration;
- Dispute management including arbitration, mediation, litigation, ADRs etc.
What are the requirements?
You will be a qualified solicitor or barrister in Ireland, N. Ireland or England and Wales with at 3 years’ PQE in a reputable firm; strong communication skills, a good work ethic, strong team worker and must have experience in Construction Law with a demonstrable knowledge of non-contentious elements.
