Your new company is a leading, national organisation based in Dublin 7. Your new office is currently under expansion and is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team. Your new office is conveniently located and is easily accessible by many public transport links including both bus and LUAS services.
Your new role
Your new role, as Course Assistant, will involve a broad range of administration duties including filing, faxing and scanning to preparing and processing course materials. In addition to this, you will be assisting with the administration and secretarial duties of one of the course managers. You will also be planning and processing all course payments.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role, you will have recent and relevant experience in an administration role. You will have strong systems skills, including MS Office. You will be confident in your ability to prioritise tasks accordingly and ideally have experience using iPads, iBooks and Moodle. You will also have excellent organisational skills and a flexible approach to work.
