About the Job
Our client is based in Dublin 12 and is recruiting for an experienced Customer Care Administrator to join their team.
This is a permanent role and salary is €28k plus bonus, pension and healthcare. Immediate start.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE :
- Processing incoming orders in a timely, efficient and careful manner
- Back order management
- Dealing with customer queries and ensuring satisfactory conclusion reached
- Monthly reporting on Key Performance Indicators
- Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, including regularly updating on outstanding issues
- Providing support to Sales Representatives while out on the road
- Adherence to Good Distribution Practice and all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- At least 2-3 years’ previous experience in a busy Customer Service role
- High standards of accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build, maintain and manage relationships
- Teamwork and flexibility are important aspects of the role
- Strong organisational skills with ability to effectively and prioritise workload
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and on own initiative
- Excellent IT competence, to include a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Customer focused
