Customer Service Agent - 23k - CPL IE

My client is currently seeking a number of customer service agents for their call centre based in Sandyford. This is a 6 month contract.

Candidates must be available to start a new role immediately.

Requirements: 

• Previous administration or call centre experience 
• Flexible to work various shifts from 8am-8pm over Monday - Sunday 
• Candidates should have excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail
• Strong IT skills 
• Excellent customer service skills with a pleasant phone manner 
• Strong ability to prioritize workload
