Customer Service Agent - Nightline
Nightline are looking for a Customer Service agent to complement the existing team.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
ØEnhanced proactive customer care
ØDaily track, trace and update to customer
ØLiaise with customer regarding delayed goods
ØRapid closure of customer issues
ØBuild relationships with other departments to enhance ability to perform role.
ØAny adhoc duties assigned by Manager or Team Leaders
A Customer Service Agent will play a vital role in helping the business run smoothly and efficiently, making sure performance is kept to a really high standard.
The ideal candidate will have:

ØPossess the ability to plan and prioritise your work
ØExcellentwritten and oral communication skills
ØConfident and assured telephone manner
ØComputer literacy,including Word, Outlook, Excel
ØAttention to detail and problem-solving ability.
