In Osborne we are working with a company based in Co.Meath, this organisation is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with fluent German.

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing all customers orders and keeping up to date records on the system.
- Arrange product to be shipped and arrive on agreed time, this may change but is required to keep the customer informed at all times.
- Ensure that discounts and agreement between the company and customer are confirmed, signed off and on the system.
- Escalate customer issues to Account Manager in a timely manner and process (RMA) transactions, reconciliation and reporting of resolution.
- Provide telephone support to the designated customer base on pricing, part number and product related queries.
- Support allocated sales force by holding weekly calls to discuss and document key issues.
Skills and Experience:
- Fluent German
- Diploma/Degree in business or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years successful experience in a customer focused position.
- Demonstrated interpersonal flexibility, strong oral and written communication.
- SAP desirable
