Customer Service Representative – Full-time
We are an Irish owned Logistics company working predominantly in the ecommerce sector. The company has been established for 10+ years and is well respected in the marketplace. We provide a range of services to large ecommerce clients from around the globe.
We are currently recruiting for a Part- time Customer Service Representative in a new Team Call- Centre based in Portarlington.
Hours of work: Approx.40 hours per week 5/7 (hours are scheduled between 7.30am-8pm.
Liaising with all Clients and Customers, Franchisees and Regional Managers
Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently
Handle all incoming and outgoing customer order processing from the time of order logging to delivery
Effectively co-ordinate office administration duties such as Reports
Liaising with interdepartmental staff
Handling inbound client calls and emails
Handling inbound customer inquiries online
Accurate and timely resolution of Customer requests
Key account management
Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
Strong problem-solving skills/analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong PC skills
Excellent time Management skills
Take ownership of queries from start to finish
Work on own initiative
A confident, outgoing & strong-willed personality

Sense of urgency, ability to work to tight time schedules
This position is based in Portarlington.
Call Centre Experience required.
