As the Originations Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing all levels of support as necessary. You will support Management with quality assurance and reporting duties. You will manage a team of agents and ensure that customer applications are processed to an impeccably high standard in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing teams in a contact centre
- Experience in a fast paced customer service environment
- Experience in the finance industry, particularly consumer lending
- Experience developing and delivering training plans
- Ideally APA/ QFA Qualified
