If you are a graduate of medical or science degree or have worked in medical sales or similar, this role may be for you. This position requires a German speaking, people-oriented individual. You will work with a global company based in Cork, who has a strong focus on employee development with the offer of a very competitive benefits package.
This role will require the successful candidate to provide excellent and efficient Medical Information support to Healthcare professionals, patients and other customers & to complete the relevant documentation for these queries. The customer queries are received either by telephone, email or web chat.
- Answer customer queries efficiently and log all correspondence on internal database
- Handle queries in line with company policies and procedures
- Escalate any queries to relevant department
- Assist in the training of new employees
- Min Bachelors Degree level of education
- Fluency in English and German essential
- Min 2 years customer service/customer facing experience
- Excellent PC skills –Microsoft excel/office/word
- Sales Force experience and advantage
- A team player with excellent organisational skills
