My client is a leading provider of financial services in Ireland and they are looking to hire a CX Design Specialist.
This position will join the Marketing Intelligence team and work to drive innovative data-driven strategies and solutions to improve value for customers.
This role will form part of the Centre of Excellence for CX with a focus on Service Design.
- Map out the full customer lifecycle journey
- Support new initiatives around CX
- Influence internal stakeholders to increase focus on CX
- Execute on commercial initiatives using CX methodologies and tools.
- 3-5 years' experience in CX design
- Experience mapping customer journeys
- Experience generating and reacting to Net Promotor Scores
- Financial services experience would be great but not essential
