Facilities Administrator: This is a newly created position within this growing Irish company who currently operate from 3 locations in Dublin and have a great team of over 130 employees. You will be responsible for all things facilities from managing relationships with cleaners, building & maintenance contractors, food suppliers to ordering stationary, supplies, new equipment, managing the refurb of offices and also coming up with new ideas to engage employees within the workplace through their surroundings.
You will need your own car for this role as you will work from a 2nd location in Dublin 2-3 days per month. You will be based in Dublin 2 on all other days.
You will also be responsible for supporting the CEO as a PA. You will need to build up relationships with employees on all sites and be the go-to person for all thing's office related.
