This company are a Real Estate Giant with a large Facilities Management division - they have offices in 80 countries across the world with 250+ offices. With this particular role they are working onsite for one of the world largest tech organisations providing a TFM service
Your new role
The FM is responsible for working directly with the local client to ensure a thorough understanding of their objectives and the implementation of acceptable property-specific operating strategies that achieve the required standards. Responsibilities:
- Management of an onsite Facilities Management team, both Hard and Soft Services
- Preparation and distribution of Quarterly / Annual Business Review information to client's satisfaction
- Responsibility for meeting KPI's and SLA's on this contract
- Site inspections ensure Cleaning, HVAC, M&E Landscaping etc is all up to standard
What you'll need to succeed
To be experience in this role you will be an established FM with experience of owning facilities contracts and supplier/ contractor management, You'll have a technical background or a strong technical knowledge of M&E Building Technicals - a high level of IT literacy is also essential

40,000 - 45,000 per year
