Laboratory Service Engineer – Team leader
Our Client are recognised globally as a leading manufacture of HPLC, MS and related measurement & analytical technologies which are sold primarily into the pharmaceutical, research and academic sectors. They are publicly traded with manufacturing facilities located around the world. Their technology is best of breed – the company investing millions annually into R&D. They are looking to appoint a Service Manager / Team Leader to manage one of their field-based service engineering teams.
This role will involve leading a team of 4 service engineers based in the Dublin, West & North regions, scheduling works, prioritizing resources and overall responsibility for the professional delivery of company’s service level agreements to their customers.
Candidates will have relevant experience gained within a field service environment in the life science sector. Role will suit someone currently leading a team and perhaps looking to work direct with a global brand or maybe a service engineer looking for more responsibility.
