Buying admin position with a leading food distributor in Dublin, paying up to €32,000
Your new company
You will work within a small close-knit team within a growing organisation in Dublin. Your new company is a leading food distributor who are looking for an administrator to take on purchasing responsibilities. They specialise in food and service a spectrum of manufacturers throughout Ireland.
Your new role
As administrator you will be involved in buying food and other general administrative duties. You will have the autonomy to work independently and to communicate with customers on the phone and email. You will have exposure to stock management and relationship management building with suppliers & customers. You will record and report on data to senior management. There is also a product research aspect where you will be expected to source new products on an ongoing basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an outgoing individual who works well within a small team environment. You will be a confident individual with exceptional interpersonal skills. Knowledge and experience using Sage 200 or CRM is preferred but you must be proficient in Excel. A full driving license is desirable.
