- Processing all orders received through phone, email and fax
- Managing customer queries and concerns relating to order,delivery,returns and invoices
- Liaising with internal teams, such as supply chain and accounts and assisting with various tasks
- Reporting and analysing data to improve customer experience
- Ensuring compliance at all time with regards to internal policies and procedures and carrying out regular compliance checks
- Maintaining a positive experience for customers throughout the entire order to cash process
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in an order to cash role
- Fluency in English and German
- Knowledge of the order to cash function
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Reporting and analytical skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
