Your new role
In your new role you will be 1st line response for internal queries, generally over phone at the minute but will move to messaging. Initial triage of requests and logging tickets to send out to business.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will need at least 2/3 Years to be eligible for this role.
To succeed in this role you will need professionalism, eagerness to help and solve queries. Candidates will be first line of response to internal business. Successful candidates will use initiative and brain to spot potential trends and issues. They will look to solve issues at source and keep customer on line whilst transferring to level 2/3 if required.
What you'll get in return
