HR Business Partner/ FMCG 6 month Contract
Our client is a highly reputable FMCG company seeking an HR Business Partner with strong strategic, commercial and generalist/IR experience. Salary: All doe. Dublin West.
This HR partnering role is to work closely as a key member with an existing HR Team.
- Strategic Business/People Planning: Drive Corporate/functional strategic plans into people pans.
- Organisational Development and Change: Change management, coaching, employee engagement and lead IR
- Talent Management: Reviews, performance management, capability development and resource management
- Employee Engagement: Work with internal communications and engagement
- Team and Leadership Effectiveness: Leadership team development & coaching team members
- Third level HR Degree
Strong experience in the following:
- Strategic HR partnering and Industrial relations
- Manufacturing / FMCG industry experience an advantage
- Experience of HR specialisms – organisation effectiveness, organisation design, capability development, reward, relations, resourcing and change management
- Strong commercial acumen and competent working at stakeholder
- Excellent communicator, team oriented and open attitude
