Your new company
I am currently working with one of Irelands most recognised specialist contractors that have an outstanding portfolio of projects across both Ireland and Europe. As a result of additional growth within the surveying department they have a requirement for an up and coming Quantity Surveyor who wants to grow with this company over the coming years.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for Preparing and analysing costings for tender and the preparation of monthly valuations. You will attend site meetings and project cash flow projection while supporting senior members of staff.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will have a real passion for growth within your career and have the ambition to become an integral part of this team. You will have a background working within the construction industry with main contractor experience being a distinct advantage

Salary
35,000 - 45,000 per year
