About the Job
We're looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Graduate to join the LSC team. In this position you will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manger to champion the brand vision and will play a key role in developing and implementing LSC's Candidate Marketing strategy.

In this position you will:
o Oversee and develop digital marketing campaigns for LSC's social media channels
o Ownership for managing and updating the LSC website
o Responsible for SEO ( Search Engine Optimisation) strategy and implementation
o Report on LSC's social media & website performance and continue to improve performance based on analytics
o Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research
o Responsible for sourcing and send-out of company merchandise/promotional material to consultant network in line with company branding & processes
o Assist with event advertising campaigns and event management (both internal & external)
to Take ownership for advertising LSC's jobs across all job boards, social channels and monitor performance and suggest improvements
We're looking for someone who has:
o A relevant third level degree in Business/ Marketing
o Excellent interpersonal skills as well as excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
o Ability to operate as part of a team& also ability to self-manage and work independently.
