Our exclusive client is seeking a Junior Software engineer for
their new office in Dublin.
This business is a risk management provider working in
financial services and other industries. From a small start-up in 2012, this
business has expanded exponentially to have more than 40 + employees. They are
growing rapidly, and a large part of this position is to help the company with
its latest technologies for further development.
Plan, create and introduce any new features or
changes for their web-based systems and applications.
Working together with stakeholders, product team
and analysts to elaborate and identify specifications.
Produce technical requirements where appropriate
for any needed new functionality, improvement requests or improvements to
Adopt agile methods and follow modern standards
to guarantee high quality, clean, well extendable and test code.
To ensure a culture of openness, engage in daily
scrum stand up with your colleagues, Inclusiveness, and teamwork.
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, or
equivalent industry experience.
18m-3years commercial software development
experience, ideally within an Enterprise IT/software product environment.
Expertise in C # and modern .Net frameworks such
as .Net Core, Entity Framework etc.
Experience working with JSON, Web API and
Knowledge/experience of cloud platforms like
Azure, AWS is also preferred.
This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary on
