One of Ireland's leading M&E Contractors require mechanical and electrical supervisors for a roles on Data Centre projects based around Europe. They have projects on in Poland, Holland, Germany, Spain and the Nordic regions. A company run by engineers, they are known for getting repeat business from their DC clients. Good company culture and are developing into a tech type company, heavily invested in BIM, CIPD etc
Your new role
You will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical, heating, air con and plumbing installation work. You will be handling all orders for materials/equipment required and be responsible for tracking all site-based activities and progress. You will be fully responsible for organising labour and subcontractors, attending site meetings, ordering materials etc. The book of business is very healthy and the successful Site Manager will be in a great position for the future in this business.
What you'll need to succeed
The experienced Mechanical professional will come from a construction/commercial building services background and have experience of the installation of HVAC services. You will have a proven track record in working on complex mechanical engineering projects. You must have worked with a reputable mechanical contractor and have experience in mechanical services.
