Your new company
As Medical Dictaphone Typist you will join a professional team in one of Ireland's most reputable Healthcare organisations that caters for both public and private patients that is known for its success for over 100 years. Your new office is located North of Dublin city and is accessible via public transport but more conveniently by car with free staff parking. Your new company requires you to join their team on a temporary basis to cover sporadic annual leave requirements.
Your new role
As Medical Typist you will support your new team and senior Medical staff with all administrative duties. Your support duties will include but are not limited to Dictaphone typing of medical reports and correspondence, document management/preparation, email correspondence, collating/managing confidential files, database management and all other ad-hoc duties that will fall into your new role.
This is a great opportunity for you to gain Medical Administration experience within a reputable organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role with the ability to work on a broad range of tasks while maintaining attention to detail. You will be competent with the management of confidential patient files with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will also have proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and strong typing skills, with a high WPM and accuracy. Previous Dictaphone typing experience is advantageous.
With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar environment with proficient Medical Administrative and typing skills you will be a very strong candidate for this role
