MSP Recruitment Manager – JW127
I am currently seeking to speak with Recruitment Managers looking to change things up and develop their careers in-house. My client is seeking to hire this new role to add more support to the current structure. The position can be based in multiple locations in Leinster so can work around you.
In the role you will be responsible for managing the relationship with a key client of the organisation so communications, client services and stakeholder management are all keys skills you should possess to be successful in this role. You will manage a team to ensure that you mean agreed service levels regarding Temporary hiring for their workforce. In addition to this you will always be working on ensuring that all processes and procedures are always running smoothly and effectively.
To apply you will require of 5 years’ experience in Recruitment managing large, high volume clients, ideally in an MSP structure. You should have a passion for managing relationships and team along with a drive to hit challenging targets. A driving license is essential.
