Your new role
As the Office Manager, your job will vary in responsibilities from day to day. Primarily, you will be involved in all the administration and management of the business. These responsibilities will include; payroll, HR, procurement as well as being the first point of contact for the business, whilst also liaising with vendors and additional adhoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced Office Manager with previous experience working within a fast-paced office (Construction industry exp is preferred but not essential). Payroll experience is essential as in having an in debt knowledge of ERP systems, such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel.
