Your new company, an Irish owned property management company based in Meath requires an experienced Office Manager to join their successful/growing team.
Your new role
In your new role you will see yourself being first poc for all staff and clients, Deliver a positive customer service experience for all vendors, buyers and potential buyers, from initial phone calls to viewings, qualifying needs, following through on commitments, increasing vendor and buyer satisfaction, leading to recommendations and repeat business. You will be keeping adverts up to date (in office and on line) and in office organisation, Diary management and liaising with co-workers, clients and third parties (valuers/surveyors etc) is a vital part of this role.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position you will be proficient in MS suite, have been actively using CRM system. Assistance with preparation of brochures, floor plans, advertising, photographs and boards in line with the necessary procedures and timelines. Experience on packages & platforms including Canva, I-movie, Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram are an added benefit. To use your initiative to identify potential opportunities and make recommendations that should be pursued to grow revenue, market share and improve service levels.
What you'll get in return
This is a permanent position working hours 8.30 - 5 Monday - Friday with added benefits for the successful person.
