Part time Investments Administrator, Dublin city centre, 6 months maternity cover, flexible working hours
Your new company
Your new company is a leading Irish bank. You will be based in their new head office in the city centre, a fully accessible location to commute from anywhere in Dublin with excellent amenities in the locality.
Your new role
Your new role will be working within the bespoke investments team. The bespoke investments team are responsible for servicing a number of legacy property funds. Your new job will see you provide efficient and professional service to investors and wealth advisers in relation to the investments. You will be managing all queries and requests for information, and your role will be varied and offer a lot of exposure to property funds. You will be working on a part-time basis, with flexibility as to working schedule.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you will ideally have knowledge of investment funds. You will need to have strong PC skills and accurate data entry skills. If you were had APA Savings and Investments this would be distinct advantage. At a minimum, you must meet the bank's education requirements of Leaving Certificate, Honours degree or full QFA qualification.
What you'll get in return
You will get a 6 month initial assignment through Hays, with possibility for extension. You will be working in the bank's premier head office and will gain exposure to working in the funds industry. You will be paid on a weekly basis by Hays. You will be entitled to holidays and will accrue these at a pro-rata rate of 23 days per annum.
