This is a fast paced, ambitious company in the energy industry based in Dublin. Due to market growth a Procurement administrator is needed for the Dublin office.
Your new role
As procurement administrator you will be assisting the procurement manager. You will analyse, review and approve purchase requisitions to ensure they meet with procurement and sourcing policies.You will manage and communicate cost discrepancies to management and be proactive in finding a cost solution. You will be in regular contact with the category buyers and you will have exposure to handling contracts.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need at least 1 years experience in a similar role within the procurement area. You must have a strong track record raising purchase orders and reporting on discrepancies. You must be proficient in excel and comfortable presenting to senior management.
