- Degree, Masters or equivalent in Computer science/IT.
- Minimum 4-8 years commercial expeirence in a Product / Software / Application support roles, prebably within a 24x7 production grade environment
- Team Lead / Lead experience a big advantage when leading resolutions of customers issues and guiding other junior support teams members.
- Solid technical awareness to support issues linked to an online platform (Server issues, Database connectivity, API/webservices, Networking / web protocols and so on)
- Excellent troubleshooter / problem solver with a strong grounding in Linux and Networking specifically.
- Good attention to detail and the ability document and evolve the processes internally to ensure progression within the team
- Ability to build relationship both internally (Engineering team, Sales, Product etc) as well as externally (Customers).
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a remote working team setting with colleagues and team members in other locations.
