Your new role
You must be capable of conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs. Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts. Coordination of work effort. Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues. Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor or have an equivalent degree. You will have 2 - 5 year's post qualification experience. You must be proficient in relevant systems & equipment and have excellent communication skills both written and oral. You should have the ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
