Your new role
In your new role you are primarily responsible for assisting technical support managers and technical support engineers by coordinating the continued work of support cases for customers that require urgent assistance. You also be responsible for the reassigning of cases to facilitate seamless support for customers in the EMEA region and across other regions. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring cases are committed with an engineer to meet service level agreements.
What you'll need to succeed
Your high level of experience in a similar role will lead to your success in this area. Your strong expertise in CRM applications will be crucial. Your experience with Workforce Management Tools will allow you to strive in this role. Your ability to prioritize and work in a high-pressured environment will enable you to carry out this role to the best of your ability.
