An established Irish Company is looking for a Receptionist to join their team for a temporary assignment. They strive for excellence and aim to go the extra mile for their customers whilst promoting an inclusive culture within their office. You would be the first point of contact for customers and clients.
Your new role
The main purpose of your role is to manage the front of house ensuring excellent customer service is delivered in all client and customer dealings. Your responsibilities will include managing a busy switchboard, directing calls where appropriate and creating a welcome environment. You will also be expected to manage all incoming and outgoing post, book meeting rooms and any other ad-hoc duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience in a Reception role within a professional environment and be able to provide exceptional customer service. You will be able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner, be able to screen and deal with calls accordingly and be a team player. Experience taking large call volumes would be advantageous as this can often be a busy phone line. You will be proficient using Microsoft Packages and have good attention to detail.
