Education, training

and qualifications

• Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the company

• Must be a registered professional nurse with current licensure

• NMC registration

• Evidence of continuing professional development

Knowledge

• Up to date clinical practices

• Understands relevant regulator’s current regulatory requirements and framework

• Awareness of clinical policy framework

• Awareness of Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines

• IT literacy and use of word/excel

Experience

• Clinical team working

• Producing well developed care plans

• Risk assessment
