SAAS Account Manager
The purpose of this role is to build and maintain long term strategic relationships with our enterprise clients by ensuring we provide compelling solutions and services that meet our clients’ needs and objectives. Also to develop an understanding of our clients’ business objectives to ensure we deliver our client retention, revenue growth and business objectives. Be the trusted advisor to your assigned clients.
- Meet client retention targets
- Ensure a systematic and timely process for renewals to facilitate revenue growth and deliver
client retention targets
- Work closely with the aligned Business Development Manager/ Director to maximize client growth opportunity based on the categorisation of your assigned clients growth potential [eg.Strategic Account, Higher Than Average Growth Potential and Renewal Focus)
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative relationship with our clients, based on a growing knowledge of their objectives, and act as the primary key contact for the client.
- Be their trusted advisor. Monitor the activity, potential and ‘health’ of the account.
- Work to build up the widest possible view of client business, key decision makers as well as
organizational and personnel changes and ensure this information is logged in our CRM
- Conduct Account Planning and client business reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
- Present the value proposition and key product features to audiences ranging from Senior Executives to technical stakeholders.
- Have a thorough understanding of the full suite of offerings.
- Ensure that relevant areas of the client business are aware of the full suite of the companies offerings
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the assigned Senior Sales person
