Business Development Representative - Dach Region
We are looking for a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our Marketing team as a Business Development Representative for the DACH territories. You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of key industries and across a broad geographical area. In addition to experience and proven success in a past BDR role, the ideal winning candidate would also be able to act as BDR team leader, encouraging and organizing the team activities and driving winning ideas for sourcing and following up with leads. -Connect and interact with prospective B2B customers through phone, email, chat and social media
-Establish business relationships with prospects and build rapport leveraging active listening and other sales techniques
-Act as BDR using experience and knowledge in sourcing and converting leads to pipeline
-Provide product knowledge and develop business relationships with prospective customers
-Identify and qualify leads using BANT criteria – Budget, Authority, Need, Timescales
-Source and develop sales opportunities for One Identity products and solutions, understanding regional customer needs
-Manage, track and report on all sales activities in Salesforce.com
-Stay up-to-date on new product, technology, and services offerings through supplied training and enablement as well as independent learning
-Collaborate closely with Marketing on lead and campaign execution
-Meet and over-achieve pipeline targets and key performance metrics
-Thrive in a supportive, motivating and competitive team environment
-Be proactive – always take the initiative to source new deals and revenue streams
-Be a highly valued and productive member of the One Identity Sales organisation
-Lead qualification/Sales/Business Development skills
-Strong ability and desire to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly
-Ability to work in high-energy sales team environment as a team player
-Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills
-Confidence on the phone
-Quick and efficient with a computer
-Fluent in English and German
-Degree or third level business related qualification
-Familiarity with Salesforce.com software
