Our client is based in Greenogue Business Park, Dublin 24 and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales, Purchasing and Distribution Administrator.
This is a permanent role and salary is €35 – €40k depending on experience. 25 days holidays plus pension and health cover.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE :
Sales Administration :
- Processing and pro actively managing all sales orders.
- Development and maintenance of relationships with customers.
- Supporting the sales team.
- Maintaining CRM System.
- Liaise with Finance and assisting with credit control where required
Purchasing Administration :
- Processing and pro-actively managing all purchase orders.
- Enter supplier invoices in system for payment.
Distribution Administration :
- Working closely with Supply Chain and Transport Companies regarding deliveries.
- Enter freight & warehouse invoices in system for payment
